To confirm your address
Open the email we sent you and tap the button in it. That link is personal to your account, which is how the form knows your details without asking you to prove who you are.
Can’t find the email?
Check your spam or junk folder first — it is usually there. If it is not, call us on 888-406-2838 and we can take your confirmation over the phone. You do not need the email to sort this out, and there is nothing to pay.
We will never ask you for these.
Not on this page, not on the phone, not in an email: your password, your PIN, a verification
code sent to your phone, or a payment card number. Anyone asking you for those is not us —
hang up and call 888-406-2838 instead.
How to know this is really us.
This page is on migrate.teltik.com — check that in your address bar. We will never ask you
for your password, your PIN, a verification code, or a payment card, on this page or anywhere else.
The only thing we ever ask for is where to send your SIM.
If you would rather confirm independently, call 888-406-2838 and ask about the SIM replacement,
or type migrate.teltik.com into your browser yourself instead of using any link.
